Jackie Rodriguez, Lucero Rocha, Vanessa Ortiz, Diana Flores 12-2, Evelyn Gallardo (half of the time), Gabby Rocha (set up) Coaches will have to be present to redeem free registration (Commissioners: Suggest coaches to attend in person so Evelyn has less reimbursements to do) Late Registration ■ Jan. 25-Jan. 31 Draft- Feb. 15 ■ Lucero will ask for the HS cafeteria ■ Diana will ask Diamond C ○ Have a day to help prepare for draft? ■ Wednesday, February 11 @ 5:30 ● ● ● ● Positions ○ V ote on Secretary position: Gabby Rocha Approved ○ V ote on Head of Commissioner: Alexis Rios Approved ○ Have 2 we need to interview, need more commissioners, spread the word ■ Commissioners needed ● U4-Jackie Rodriguez ● U5 ● U8 ● U10 Opening Day: March 21st (Saturday) ○ Having vendors ■ Check to see if we need approval from the city ■ Do vendors pay the city or MPYSA? ○ Card my yard ■ Need to call for availability and price ○ Any other ideas on what we could do for opening days? Goal of the Week ○ Best highlight moment ○ Work with Chick fil and Cici’s if they'll be willing to donate cards for our winners (2 per week) ■ U4-U8 ■ U9 and up ○ Parents will submit videos via messenger, we’ll narrow down if necessary ■ Submit Sunday Night, 2 days for public to vote ○ Post on facebook and let the public choose the winner, video with most likes would win 1st MPYSA Easter Egg hunt: April 4th (Saturday) ○ No games on Good Friday ○ Have businesses or players donate candy ■ Lucero, Jackie and Alexis will go to businesses ○ Games at 9am, 10-11 would be hunt, 11 games again ○ Someone as a bunny? ■ Javier ○ Vendors?
